About the workshop
Join Chef Matteo for this fresh pasta workshop and learn the basics of traditional egg pasta.
You will leave the class with three portions of freshly handmade pasta. During the class you learn about flour varieties and what is gluten, discover techniques, pasta shapes and learn how to make, store and cook them. Matteo will take you through the story of fresh pasta, sfogline, and will introduce you to pasta varieties around the world. All this – while making pasta and pasta sauces together!
The class will start with a glass of wine selected by the sommelier Simonas Laukaitis. The workshop will last approximately 1.5h. Children are welcome to join with a parent.
