Our restaurants
Senatorių pasažas is a home to two of our restaurants – Nineteen18 and 14Horses.
Nineteen18 is nestled within the grand hall of a meticulously restored historic mansion, situated at the very heart of Vilnius Old Town. It offers an exciting culinary journey that celebrates local flavors inspired by the products and stories of the Lithuanian people. The head chef, Andrius Kubilius, and his team orchestrate the tasting experience.
In 2023, Nineteen18 has earned a spot among the top 1,000 restaurants in the world, as recognized by LaListe magazine. It has also been voted the fourth best restaurant in Lithuania, according to the 30 Best Lithuanian Restaurants guide.
In August 2023, organic Red Brick restaurant opened doors at Farmers Circle. The guests are invited to an immersive culinary experience, hosted by Icelandic chef Arnór Ingi Bjarkason. Showcasing products from the surrounding fields of the regenerative farm, foraged produce from nearby forests and seafood from the Baltic and Nordic region, Arnór creates ever changing menus that evolve with each season.
The guests are welcome to stay overnight at Sleepy Horse guest house, enjoy Red Brick cooked breakfast, linger on in the farm to explore the farm, and pick the vegetables in season.
14 Horses is a farm-to-table restaurant, nestled in the historic restored mansion at the heart of Senatorių Pasažas, bringing an unmistakable charm of Vilnius Old Town. Head chef Justinas Misius creates seasonal menus based on local, sustainably grown ingredients.
Despite the long quest for the right place (this is a third location!) and a search for the right concept, the core of the storytelling remains unchanged. Lithuanian ingredients grace the plates in harmony with nature’s rhythm. Our regenerative farm, Farmers Circle, located just 70 km outside of Vilnius, along with other small farmers, enables the team to stay attuned to seasonal changes.
Entire dinner is packed in three customisable steps, all offered at a fixed price– the appetizer, main course, and dessert. Together, they embody the overarching philosophy of 14 Horses restaurant, grounded in the principles of local cuisine.
A historic palace courtyard atmosphere along with gastronomic experience in the heart of Vilnius Old Town at Senatorių Pasažas.

Experience a Sustainable Kitchen and the Warmest Hospitality at the Farmers Circle
The Senators‘ Passage opens the door to the Farmers Circle, our very own farm and the birthplace of many of our products and ingredients. All the goodness, produced by nature and our dedicated team at the Farmers Circle, lands on the shelves of our shops at the Senators’ Passage. Spend a day or two in our farm and heartland. Discover and get to know the place, where our whole story came into being and continues to evolve. The Farmers Circle is all about a sustainable kitchen and the warmest hospitality, these are the core elements we believe in, and you will find both, in abundance, at the farm and the Senators’ Passage.
In our lively-working farm we have created inviting spaces and delicious menus to welcome and entice you. We have converted an old horse stable into a cosy, rustic and Scandinavian style minimal lodging Sleepy Horse – we have 15 rooms ready and waiting for you. Just a few steps away from the lodging, rests our homely restaurant Red Brick, which was once an old garner. The feeling of sustainable country living is especially strong at our farm. It is enhanced by the vast surrounding spaces of vegetable, herb and grain fields, the expansive meadows, where black Angus cattle roam freely, and the terraces and spacious barns, where our organic egg-laying hens and chicken are raised.
