Black rye bread from Grūdas bakery
Traditional duck terrine, served with grilled plum sauce, caramelised onion jam, pickled berries, nuts and a sourdough cracker. Ready to serve as an appetiser.
GREEN PEA FALAFELS
Green pea falafels with sun dried tomato and marinated tomato salad, basil pesto, kale crisps and yougurt-herb sauce. Can be served cold or reheated in home oven.
SEA BASS WITH HERB SAUCE
Grilled whole seabass ready to be finished off in home oven.Serve with charred baby potatoes, buttery root vegetables and herb sauce.
WHOLE CORN CHICKEN
Herb marinated baby corn chicken, charred on the grill and ready to be finished off in home oven. Serve with charred baby potatoes, root vegetables and mushroom sauce. .
Beef, roasted with wine herbs and root vegetables. Ready to be finished off on a stovetop. Serve with buttery root vegetables, charred baby potatoes and thyme-cranberry or mushroom sauce.
APPLE AND ZUCCHINI SALAD
Refreshing apple and zucchini salad with ramson-garlic oil, served with dried cranberries, hazelnuts and herbs. Great side dish to fish or chicken.
CHARRED BABY POTATOES
Charred on the grill to infuse smokiness. Served on a bed of celeriac and bone marrow mash. Great side dish to roasted chicken and beef.
BUTTERY ROOT VEGETABLES
Seasonal root vegetables (celeriac, pumpkin, onion and carrot), baked in butter. Great side dish to fish, chicken or roasted beef.
