Senatorių Pasažas is a restored noble estate in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, with a history spanning 400 years, where a gastronomic life based on sustainable hospitality principles thrives. It houses a bakery, a butcher shop, a natural wine bar Taurės, a bookstore, farm and interior stores, and two restaurants – Nineteen18 and 14Horses.

All shops and restaurants operate guided by sustainability principles set by the founder of this place – visionary Danish entrepreneur Niels Peter Pretzmann. His aim is to create a space that addresses food chain issues, promotes sustainable farming practices, and allows guests to enjoy quality food at any price point – whether it’s a breakfast bun from Grūdobakery or an impressive gastronomic experience at Nineteen18 restaurant.

Gėlynas is a conceptual flower shop where you’ll find not only cut flowers but also potted plants. Just like in the other Senatorių pasažas shops and restaurants, one of the key guiding principles here is seasonality, which is why the plants reflect the rhythms of the Lithuanian seasons.
