Nineteen18 is a contemporary fine dining restaurant in Vilnius, known for its relaxed yet refined atmosphere and a tasting menu shaped entirely by the seasons of Lithuania.
Now led by Michelin-starred chef Vita Bartininkaitė — former owner of Pas mus — the restaurant enters a new era defined by Creative Vilnius cuisine.
Minimalist yet expressive, nostalgic yet forward-thinking, Vita’s cooking is rooted in Lithuanian forests and meadows, childhood memories and a modern urban perspective.
Her refined craftswomanship and intuitive connection to nature transform each tasting menu into a deeply personal journey — celebrating seasonality, locality and the evolving spirit of Vilnius.

14Horses brings Michelin Bib Gourmand excellence to Senatorių Pasažas — a "travelling restaurant" that's found its perfect home, serving seasonal tasting menus from our own Farmers Circle regenerative farm just 70km away.
Expect harmony with nature: Lithuanian ingredients at their seasonal peak, paired with small growers' best, all in a simple four-course format (appetizer, main, dessert) at fixed price.

Red Brick is a farm-to-table gastronomic experience nestled at Farmers Circle, shaped by seasonal produce that is mostly grown on the farm.
Our tasting menu evolves with the seasons and availability. A curated wine list highlights natural and biodynamic wines from small European makers, with pairing available on request.
Join us for dinner midweek through Saturday, or for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays, and take time to enjoy the full journey from field to plate.

Farmers Circle
Connecting Sustainable Producers with Your Table
At the heart of Senatoriu Pasažas is our own sustainable food ecosystem – Farmers Circle. This is where our commitment to quality begins.
We partner directly with carefully selected farmers within a 70km radius of Vilnius, including organic farms in the Baltics and Šiaurės Šalys region. Our chef Ignas Damanskas personally selects producers who share our values: regenerative farming, minimal intervention, and respect for seasonal rhythms.
We source heritage vegetables, sustainably raised meats, wild-caught fish, artisanal dairy, and foraged ingredients. Every item in our restaurants and retail spaces comes from producers we know and trust.
In 2023, the renowned restaurant Red Brick opened its own Farmers Circle location, with chef Ignas Damanskas leading a culinary team committed to farm-to-table excellence.
